The Oregon Tech Owls are 23-10 overall and 9-9 in the Cascade Collegiate Conference in Head Coach Scott Meredith’s sixth season at the helm. Meredith’s 2013-14 squad recorded their best season ever, finishing with a 28-7 overall record, Cascade Collegiate Conference championship and berth in the NAIA National Women’s Basketball Tournament. The Owls are a very balanced team, led by a few different players. Junior Karley LeVeque leads the team with 12.2 points per game and 2.5 steals per game. Junior Megan Whetstone leads the team with 7.1 rebounds per game, while senior guard Carrie Thibault leads the team in assists with 3.4 per game. As a team, the Owls rank 8th in Scoring Defense per Game (56.5), 13th in Assist/Turnover Ratio (1.04), 14th in 3-Pt Field Goal percentage (0.34) and 17th in Free Throw percentage (0.73).
