Ross Struss is a senior at Hastings College, pursuing a degree in broadcasting with a sports emphasis. A graduate of Hastings Senior High as well as Central Community College, Struss is a member of the two-year honor society Phi Theta Kappa and is the president of the Hastings College chapter of the Society of Collegiate Journalists.

At Hastings College, Struss is involved in various media outlets. He is the Station Manager of 90.1 FM KFKX and through the past year, Struss has been deeply involved in HCTV sportscasts of football, soccer, volleyball and basketball in addition to being a media head taking part in the oversight and management of HCMedia.

After graduation, he hopes to get a job in any of the media platforms either covering sports or being an on-air personality or producer at a radio station.
